Metal Fabrication Laborer

Looking for steady work and a chance to learn new skills? We're hiring a Metal Fabrication Laborer to join our shop. No experience is required but definitely a benefit — we'll train you the right person. All we ask is that you show up ready to work hard and learn. This is a hands-on job with heavy lifting and repetitive work, so it's a good fit if you like working with your hands and staying active. What You'll Do Help out in the shop with day-to-day tasks Move, load, and unload steel parts and materials Use basic hand and power tools (we'll show you how) Keep the work area clean and organized What We're Looking For Someone reliable who shows up on time every day Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly Comfortable with heavy, physical work Positive attitude and good teamwork What You'll Get Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule Steady pay with opportunities to move up as you learn On-the-job training in fabrication Health Insurance available after 90 days of full time employment PTO available after 1 year of full time employment.
