About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will apply your expertise in MIG, TIG, and stick welding to transform raw materials into high-quality structural components, ensuring every project meets rigorous industry standards for durability and precision. Responsibilities Execute precise welding operations across various metal types to meet production output goals. Analyze complex blueprints and technical schematics to ensure accurate project execution. Drive quality assurance by inspecting finished welds for structural integrity and compliance. Optimize production efficiency through the proactive maintenance of welding machinery and hand tools. Foster a culture of safety by strictly adhering to operational protocols and maintaining a hazard-free workspace. Support team success by mentoring junior staff and sharing technical best practices. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification. Demonstrated proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques. Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications. Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control standards. Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Preferred Skills Active AWS welding certification or equivalent industry credentials. Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing or industrial construction environment. Advanced knowledge of metallurgy and material properties.
