Metal Framer/ Panel Installers Wanted!!!ASAP!!

Metal Framer/Installer $20-$28 an hour based on Experience. •Must be able to pass a Federal Background check for Military Base work.•Looking for metal stud framers who specializes in constructing commercial interior/exterior wall systems, ceilings, and partitions using metal framing components rather than wood. Key responsibilities include reading blueprints, measuring, cutting, and securing metal studs and tracks. Key Responsibilities and Duties Layout and Assembly:

Reading and interpreting blueprints to mark, cut, and assemble metal framing components (studs, tracks, joists).

Installation:

Installing vertical and horizontal steel studs for drywall, shaft walls, and suspended ceilings.

Structural Securing:

Using screws, fasteners, and welding to secure metal components according to structural, fire-rated, and safety codes.

Precision Work:

Utilizing laser levels, chalk lines, and plumb bobs to ensure perfectly vertical (plumb) and horizontal (level) walls.

Opening Preparation:

Cutting and framing openings for doors, windows, and electrical/HVAC mechanical systems.

Safety Compliance:

Maintaining a clean job site and adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.

Requirements and Qualifications Experience:

Proven experience in metal stud framing (often 1-5+ years) or as a framing carpenter.

Skills:

Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction documents, and shop drawings.

Tools:

Proficient with hand tools, power tools, laser levels, and powder-actuated tools.

Physical Ability:

Strong physical endurance to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift heavy materials.

Technical Knowledge:

Understanding of metal framing systems, including light-gauge and exterior load-bearing studs.

Physical and Environmental Demands Mobility:

Significant standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting, often involving heavy metal studs and drywall sheets.

Environment:

Working on construction sites, often at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
