The Opportunity:

We are looking for a technical specialist who can balance the precision of a fabricator with the efficiency of a logistics pro. You will be the engine of our shop—processing custom orders, managing high-value inventory, and ensuring our B2B clients get exactly what they need, exactly when they need it.

Core Responsibilities:

Processing & Operations Precision Fabrication:

Set up and operate industrial equipment—including Hydraulic Shears, Band Saws, and Mag Drills —to process orders to exact customer tolerances.

Logistics & Fulfillment:

Manage the full order lifecycle: from picking and cutting to staging and shipping.

Fleet Operations:

Safely operate the company's 21' flatbed delivery truck for regional client fulfillment (Class D License mandatory).

Inventory Merchandising:

Oversee warehouse stock control, receiving new material, and maintaining a high-standard, \shop-ready\ floor for customer tours.

Technical Consultation:

Assist customers with material selection, providing expert guidance on metal types and processing capabilities.

Safety Leadership:

Maintain a zero-compromise safety culture while operating forklifts and heavy machinery.

Technical Qualifications Mechanical Aptitude:

Prior experience with power tools, fabrication, or industrial machinery is required. The \

Shop Math\ Standard:

Mastery of precision measuring (tape measures to the 1/16th, squares, decimals, and fractions).

Physical Capability:

Ability to remain active in a fast-paced warehouse environment and lift up to 60 lbs unassisted.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with B2B clients and coordinate effectively with the sales team.

Compliance:
