Job Description
Metal Fabricator We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Fabricator to join our team in Washington. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for creating and repairing metal structures, parts, and products according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project requirements
- Set up and operate various metalworking machines such as saws, shears, presses, drills, and grinders
- Cut, shape, bend, and weld metal pieces using various tools and techniques
- Inspect completed products for quality and accuracy
- Repair or modify existing metal products as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet client expectations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school certification in welding or metalworking is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in metal fabrication or related field
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using various hand/power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity This position is open to candidates of all nationalities who have the legal right to work in the United States.
