Job Description
Hands-on experience building with:
- Copilot Studio (agent creation, workflows, topics, actions, generative answers, knowledge sources) Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Bi) Strong ability to evaluate and validate AI outputs: accuracy checking, bias/assumption detection, and identifying missing context. Advanced skills in M365 Environment (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), include Word and Excel VBA/Macros Intermediate experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams configuration and use. Advanced skills in Adobe Acrobat Skills in Bluebeam Revu an asset Professional Attributes Able to work independently with professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability Demonstrates initiative and a proactive attitude toward assignments Effective team player with experience in collaborative environments Detail-oriented with strong communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Education and Experience 5+ years delivering solutions in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments, with demonstrated experience applying AI or automation to business workflows. Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.Benefits Summary:
