As a Mickey's Kitchen Team Member, you'll interact with both customers and team members. We're looking for candidates who have: Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong problem-solving skills A team-oriented mindset Self-motivation Responsibilities include: Welcoming customers with friendly, efficient service Assisting with stocking, prep work, and inventory as needed Completing all kitchen housekeeping functions (cleaning, sweeping, mopping, trash, etc.) Preparing food according to company recipes and standards Following food safety and sanitation guidelines Please note this position requires flexible availability (may include evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
