  \$22/hr
• $24/hr Hours will be M-F 7:00 am 3:30 pm.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Operate fully Automated Winding Equipment to produce micro-sized coils.\
• Operate automated wire stripping equipment in a backup capacity.\
• Record machine settings and cycle counts into run log.\
• Troubleshooting mechanical aspects of manufacturing equipment.\
• Provide feedback to engineering regarding issues with equipment.\
• Inspect products produced by machines for quality and conformance.\
• Working with hand tools and chemical solvents in a manufacturing environment\
• Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.\
• Other manufacturing related tasks as directed by management.

\ Qualifications /

Experience:

\

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.\
• Proficient working with various manufacturing equipment.\
• Proficient with hand tools.\
• Candidate must possess fine motor skills, good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work under a microscope.\
• Ability to use a microscope and tweezers to handle extremely small components without damage.\
• Ability to stand and reach to operate equipment.\
• Ability to interpret and follow written and verbal procedures/ instructions.\
• Ability to interpret product specifications and mechanical drawings.\
• Organized with excellent written documentation skills.\
• Ability to multitask & work in a dynamic, fast paced manufacturing environment. Ability to work both independently and as a team member.\
• Ability to work from both written and verbal communications.\
• English is required.\ Beneficial Experience (not required)\
• Experience working in a Micro-Manufacturing Environment.\
• Troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.

ADDITIONAL INSIGHT:
