QUALIFICATIONS

: Primary job is to improve the performance of athletes by motivating and instructing. Coaches should be well educated in the sport they teach, and they should be able to communicate their ideas to their athletes in an easily understandable way. Use a variety of instructional techniques and media to meet the needs and improve the abilities of student athletes in the sport assigned. 2. Manage and supervise athletic activities, contests, and practice sessions to promote individual growth in athletic skills, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.
