$17.50/hour Key Responsibilities Perform production tasks per training in the following areas: Assembly of Liners, Air-cooled gun assembly from pre-built base guns, and basic General assembly. Read and interpret job order documentation and related assembly drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, machinery, and fixtures to produce finished products according to specifications. During and after assembly, inspect work for conformity to quality standards and job order documentation. Tests assembled products to ensure functionality and performance. On job completion, complete and distribute job and test documentation according to company procedure. Follow all safety precautions when using tools, machinery, and chemicals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Rotate within different production areas as needed to meet fluctuating demands. Report on issues, malfunctions, and defective parts. Work with other team members to increase efficiency and performance. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform other tasks as necessary under the direction and supervision of the Production Manager. Assist with training of other employees. Perform material handling and equipment maintenance tasks as needed. Package and prepare products for shipping.
