MIG Welder

Hiring Welders in Delano, MN- pay up to $30/hour.

Responsibilities:

Perform high‑quality MIG welding on thin‑gauge materials (≤ 1/8") Fit, assemble, and weld parts using fixtures, clamps, and welding blocks Read and interpret welding blueprints and prints to ensure accuracy Maintain quality and safety standards in a production environment Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed

Required Skills:

3+ years of recent MIG welding experience or equivalent technical training Strong blueprint reading skills. Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions Dependable, detail‑oriented, and quality‑driven mindset Work place and

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delano, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
