These fellowships include up to six months of on-the-job industry training for eligible service members. During this time, participants gain valuable work experience in the civilian sector and build professional networks as they prepare for their transition to full-time civilian work.

You must be currently serving on active duty to be eligible for this fellowship program. This program is not for veterans who have already separated from the military. Must-haves:

Currently serving as active duty military and be eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 5 or more years of relevant experience Higher education may substitute for relevant experience Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education Proficient ability to understand and interpret technical schematics and documents In-depth understanding of electrical wiring concepts Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Products An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Preferred:

Knowledge and ability to interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerance Experience drafting work instructions and SOP's Experience with Network+, Security+, CCNA and/or A+ Experience with FCC or

FCC GROL

Basic understanding of Spectrometer, Oscilloscope and/or other measuring equipment Working knowledge of ISO 9000 and AS 9100 standards Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military This posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs.
