Milk Bay Operator / Trailer & DOT Maintenance Technician Agro Trans Solutions - Tempe, AZ $275 Per Day | Full-Time Day Shift & Night Shift Available Position Overview Agro Trans Solutions is seeking a hardworking, dependable, and mechanically inclined Bay Operator to support our 24/7 milk transportation operation. This role combines milk bay operations with light-duty truck and trailer maintenance to ensure our fleet remains clean, operational, and DOT compliant. This is not a diesel mechanic position. We are not looking for engine rebuild, transmission, or heavy drivetrain experience. Instead, we are looking for someone who is comfortable performing hands-on mechanical and technical repairs related to DOT compliance and daily fleet upkeep. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working around trucks, trailers, equipment, and operations in a fast-paced transportation environment. Compensation $275 per day Full-time position Day Shift Available Night Shift Available Responsibilities Bay Operations Wash and sanitize milk tankers and equipment Stage trailers for dispatch operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bay and yard Inspect equipment for visible damage or safety concerns Assist with trailer movement and yard organization Fleet Maintenance & DOT Compliance Change semi-truck and trailer tires Replace mud flaps, lights, airlines, airbags, and minor trailer components Address DVIR-related repairs and deficiencies Ensure trailers and trucks meet DOT compliance standards Perform preventative maintenance and basic mechanical troubleshooting Document completed repairs and maintenance items Coordinate larger repairs with outside vendors or maintenance leadership when necessary What This Position Is NOT This role is
