Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products, offering product demos when appropriate to enhance their shopping experience Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately and efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Maintain well-organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products Stock shelves, restock products, and ensure the cleanliness of the sales floor in compliance with store standards Upsell complementary products to increase sales and meet individual or store sales goals Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation, inventory counts, and reporting low stock levels Qualifications Previous retail sales experience preferred Strong communication skills Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for accurate transactions Demonstrated ability to supervise or lead team members in a retail setting is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Milk & Meadow Retail Sales Associate and become part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering fresh products with exceptional service.
