Job Description + Support members of a large health insurance provider by delivering exceptional customer service and benefit education. + Handle a high volume of inbound calls (60+ per day) from members seeking assistance with insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits information. + Assist members with locating in-network providers, clinics, and specialists, including audiologists. + Provide guidance on available healthcare services and resources based on individual member needs. + Transfer members to appropriate scheduling teams when appointment assistance is required. + Accurately document customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
