Description Company is looking for a hearing care advisor. This person will specifically be supporting their new client Cigna. They will be taking about 60 phone calls a day give or take 10/20. As this is a new client a good portion of the calls are Cigna insurance members calling to verify their insurance and to understand what benefits they have now that they do not have their previous coverage. Some other phone calls can be to verify network, find a clinic/audiologist.
