What You'll Do:

Oversee the daily delivery of high-quality, person-centered services in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D and R&M Welty, Inc policies Ensure compliance, staff supervision, documentation accuracy, and health and safety oversight Lead a team in maintaining efficient and effective processes and operations at assigned sites Serve as the key liaison among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, and the administrative team

What You'll Need:

2+ years of direct staff management in a health/human services setting (required) At least one year of full-time experience in direct care and 50 hours of relevant training (required) Experience with Minnesota 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications, or willingness to obtain this requirement Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards Proficient with technology and documentation Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Must be 21 years or older High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Available to You After 60 days: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (eligible to accrue PTO day one) 401K for staff over the age of 21 after one year of employment Short-term & Long-term Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
