We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to serve as the backbone of our client relationships, managing everything from intricate order entries and stock agreements to solving technical hurdles. Architect bespoke account plans designed to maximize renewal rates, boost revenue streams, and ensure sustainable expansion.
Commercial Development:
Proactively scout for opportunities to introduce new products or services (upselling/cross-selling) that align with client business goals.
Deal Management:
Lead the full lifecycle of contract negotiations, including pricing structures and service renewals, to ensure profitable outcomes.
Cross-Functional Synergy:
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver a cohesive and exceptional experience for every account.
Data-Driven Insights:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to deliver reports that provide clear, actionable business intelligence.
CRM Excellence:
Maintain meticulous records of all account interactions and progress within platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to ensure data integrity.
