The Scale House Operator:
weighs the trailers of full cages as they arrive from the farm; keeps a record on a separate back dock sheet and ensure it matches what is entered in the system. Weighs the trailers of empty cages keeps records in the system and back dock report. Records all weights on appropriate paperwork and gives the information to the plant receiving clerk; coordinates the schedule of the trailers to the plant live receiving department; maintains copies of the weight tickets and distributes to the appropriate areas; weigh outside trucks as necessary and provides drivers with the weight ticket answers phone general housekeeping duties in workspace. keep management informed of any issues with scale or holding area; and along with any other task as assigned by supervisor.Need:
good computer skills and ability to work closely with drivers. Must be willing and able to lift occasionally 25lb. Could be subject to temperature ranging from 0 to 100 Degrees occasionally when checking fans or birds in all climate conditions.
