Mobile Boat Mechanic Needed for Small Pontoon Boat Repair (Snellville, GA)

Looking for a problem solver to help repair and retrofit a 15 foot pontoon boat located on a small private lake in Snellville, GA. Current setup includes a transom mounted, steering wheel controlled electric trolling motor system. The trim motor has failed and will no longer lift the trolling motor. The trolling motor housing is also cracked and likely needs replacement. Goal is to install a similar functioning setup using new or replacement parts.

Important detail:

the boat cannot be removed from the water. It is docked in shallow water behind a private residence, so the repair must be completed onsite. Looking for someone comfortable improvising and working creatively within limitations.
