Mobile Clinical Research Nurse

Job Summary NOxy Health Products, Inc. is seeking highly skilled Clinical Research Nurses to execute a Phase III clinical protocol for an Investigational New Drug working towards FDA approval. This is a decentralized, evaluator-blinded study evaluating a topical wound care product for Pressure Injuries in mid- to long-term medical facilities. This role requires travel to different facilities (in or near the metroplex) to perform study-specific procedures following a protocol under the direction of a Principal Investigator. Clinical Research Nurses play a critical frontline role in executing clinical trials. This position requires rigorous documentation practices, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to operate independently across multiple facilities while maintaining strict adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements. Clinical Research Nurses will work hand-in-hand with the clinical monitoring team, collaborate seamlessly with facility staff, and report directly to Principal Investigators, ensuring high-quality, regulatory-compliant data generation. Key Responsibilities Clinical Trial Execution Attend visits and perform assessments for study subjects Work closely with the clinical monitoring team to ensure protocol adherence and data integrity Conduct and record standardized assessments on a weekly basis Patient & Facility Coordination Act as the primary on-site study representative during visits Regulatory & Compliance Strictly adhere to the study protocol, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and IRB requirements Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready Promptly report adverse events in accordance with protocol Qualifications Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in California Ability and willingness to drive to various facilities across the metroplex Record of strong, accurate documentation practices Current GCP or CITI certification/training (can be completed after hire) Experience with reporting safety events Wound care experience Optional Qualifications Experience working on phased clinical trials 3+ years experience with wound care management Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings Familiarity with GCP and regulatory documentation standards Prior experience as a Mobile Research Nurse or similar decentralized trial role Why This Role Matters This is a rare opportunity to be involved in the development of one of the most innovative products in wound care —a therapy designed to address significant unmet needs in chronic wound healing, particularly in underserved populations.
