We're hiring Mobile Detail Pros for recurring monthly routes — same vehicles, same customers, every month. No chasing one-off detail jobs. Predictable income, organized scheduling, premium clientele.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Detail the same Pinecrest and Kendall family vehicles on a monthly recurring schedule, at the customer's driveway. Interior + exterior, by the book. Most details are 2-2.5 hours. You're the same Pro every time — you know the cars, the customers know you. We handle customer acquisition, scheduling, payment, and disputes. You focus on doing excellent work on cars worth taking pride in.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

• $50-67 per completed visit (varies by vehicle size and detail tier)
• $25 minimum floor on every visit
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday via Stripe
• $200 every time you refer another Pro who gets hired
• $100 first-month attendance bonus
• $25 every time a customer leaves a 5-star Google review naming you

THE PRO PARTNER GROWTH PATH

After 50+ completed visits in good standing, a 4.8+ rating, and clean compliance, you'll qualify to advance to our Pro Partner tier.

Pro Partners earn:

• 45% per visit (vs. 40% at the Verified tier)
• $30 minimum floor (vs. $25)
• Priority access to premium routes — luxury and performance vehicles, higher ticket values, longer detail tiers
• Annual gear stipend
• Pro Partner badge in-app The path is published openly.

WHAT TIDY PROVIDES

• Recurring routes filled with premium customers in Pinecrest and Kendall

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (our customer base operates in both)
• Valid US work authorization
• A reliable vehicle (SUV, van, or truck) large enough to transport all your detailing equipment
• Willing to pass a Checkr background check
• At least 1 year of paid auto detailing experience
• Age 18 or older
• All your own mobile detailing equipment — wet/dry vacuum, orbital buffer, pressure washer or portable water tank, two-bucket wash kit, 30+ microfiber towels, drying towels, wash mitts, car shampoo, wheel cleaner, tire shine, interior cleaner, glass cleaner, wax/sealant, extension cord
