Mobile Engineer Location:
Rochester Hills, Michigan (On-site)
Job Summary:
We deliver expert maintenance and repair for HVAC/R, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to keep facilities running efficiently and safely. Our team is focused on ensuring operational excellence by anticipating maintenance needs and fostering effective problem-solving for all equipment and infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC/R, plumbing, and production equipment systems throughout assigned facilities. Monitor and maintain all building infrastructure, including interior and exterior repairs, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. Document work, update work order statuses in real time using CMMS systems such as Corrigo, and escalate issues as needed. Promote and maintain safety by completing hazard assessments, adhering to safety protocols, and participating in required safety meetings and trainings.
Required:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, including strong expertise in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair and maintenance. Universal CFC recovery certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. Valid state driver's license and reliable transportation to complete site-based work assignments.
