This role supports jobsite operations by reducing downtime through strong troubleshooting skills, preventative maintenance, and timely repairs. Candidates must be comfortable working in the Arizona heat and traveling locally to job sites as needed. Minimum Requirements Clean driving record (MVR required) 5+ years mechanical experience (fleet/heavy equipment preferred) Must have your own tools Strong hydraulic systems experience Ability tolift 100 lbs Ability to work safely and effectively outdoors in Arizona heat Must be authorized to work in the United States Essential Job Functions Inspect and diagnose trucks and equipment issues Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on trucks and equipment Perform repairs on trucks and equipment to keep the fleet job-ready Follow all company safety rules and jobsite safety requirements Mus have experience working on masonry-related equipment including: Forklifts / reach lifts Mortar mixers Grout pumps
