We are seeking a skilled professional to support the continuous operation, inspection, and general maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment within assigned facilities. Our team values individuals capable of performing both independently and collaboratively while ensuring safety and compliance across all tasks.Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair of building equipment, including lighting system bulbs and ballasts, basic electrical, plumbing, and kitchen machinery. Assist the operations team and support specialized staff with maintaining and repairing HVAC/R systems, kitchen equipment, and facility infrastructure. Complete various tasks such as painting, locksmith work, and responding to service requests as assigned, while complying with safety regulations and housekeeping standards. Document work performance, update work order status in CMMS systems such as Corrigo, and escalate issues to management as needed.Required:
Valid state driver's license and ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes. High school diploma or GED equivalent; completion of a technical training program is desirable. A minimum of one year of experience in general building repair and maintenance, including basic plumbing and basic electrical work. Capability to lift at least 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to work in adverse conditions and on-call as required.About SSI People:
