Bednarcik Junior High School Oswego Community Unit School District 308 is currently recruiting exceptional candidates for the position of Assistant Principal at Bednarcik Junior High School. Qualified candidates will have a valid/registered Professional Educator License with a Principal or General Administrative endorsement, three to five years of experience inclusive of leadership experience junior high school level preferred, additional skills required are excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of school improvement process and collaborative leadership style. Starting salary range for this position is $83,800 - $87,000 depending on educational background and experience.
