Responsibilities:

Perform mobile maintenance and light repair services at customer locations Complete oil changes, tire rotations, recalls, batteries, filters, software updates, and minor repairs Diagnose basic vehicle concerns and communicate findings clearly Operate and maintain a Ford Mobile Service vehicle professionally Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership in the community Accurately document repairs and inspections Work closely with our service advisors and shop foreman to keep customers informed

What We're Looking For:

Automotive technician experience preferred Ford experience is a plus, but not required Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to stay organized and manage time efficiently Positive attitude and team-first mindset
