• Posted on May 4, 2026 Published By Jennifer Andrews Trillium Staffing is seeking a Mold setter for a local company in White Pigeon, MI! This is a direct-hire opportunity! A mold setter is responsible for the safe and efficient installation, removal, and maintenance of molds and auxiliary equipment in manufacturing machines like injection molders. Key Responsibilities

• Mold Changes:

  Set up and remove molds from machines according to production schedules and engineering specifications.

• Safety & Compliance:

  Adhere to all safety rules, including LOTO, and maintain a clean, organized work area to meet ISO or IATF standards.

• Maintenance:

  Clean, lubricate, and perform minor maintenance on molds and machines.

• Documentation:

  Complete mold change checklists, verify settings, and maintain accurate production records. Schedule is 6 am to 4 pm, Monday
• Thursday. Pay rate is $18
• $20 an hour, depending on experience. Apply now! Common Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:

  Typically requires 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or plastics injection molding.

• Technical Knowledge:

  Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical setups.

• Physical Requirements:

  Ability to stand for long periods and frequently lift weights ranging from 10 to 50+ lbs.
• Torque wrench, overhead crane, FL experience a plus.
