MOLD TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a skilled mold technician in Meadville, PA. This position is vital to daily operations and ensuring quality parts are produced onsite. We are seeking someone who is reliable and possesses experience in the plastics industry, specifically someone who has done mold work before. Job Description:

Perform IPI inspections Utilize measuring tools such as calipers and gauges Read schematics to setup and changeover molds onsite Understand the fundamental functions of molds and how they need to be cared for both in and out of presses Perform minor mold troubleshooting Inspect parts for dimensional and cosmetic defects

Qualifications:

2+ Previous experience as a mold setter/technician Ability to perform mold changeovers/setups Quality control (IPI) experience Experience using basic measuring tools Good verbal and written communication skills

Pay:

$20-23/HR Weekly Pay Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Meadville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
