Morning Prep/Line Cook

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with the recipes and guidelines provided, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to customers. Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
• Cook food items by grilling, frying, baking, or roasting as directed by the Chef
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Ensure all food preparation meets food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation, putting away truck Monday and Friday
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production
• Follow proper plating techniques and presentation standards Experience
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced culinary setting
