Job Summary We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator & Processor . This position is responsible for maintaining consumer mortgage escrow records, paying escrow bills, processing secondary market mortgage loans, and HMDA input. Essential Functions Verify and examine loan input regarding escrowed mortgages for accuracy Provide escrow information to customers Assemble, organize, process, and submit payment to the appropriate companies per escrow agreements Communicate with the credit administration department regarding maintenance and loan payoffs Balance general ledger accounts pertaining to escrow Create, maintain, and mail annual analysis statements Process paid escrowed notes and handle all paperwork and/or refunds of escrow balance when applicable Board in-house mortgage loans Scan and index mortgage loan documents Process secondary market mortgage loans Prepare loan documents, communicate with customers, schedule loan closings, and ensure loan packets are complete and accurate Position Requirements High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required 2 years banking experience preferred Intermediate computer skills including MS Word and Excel proficiency Other Requirements Must reside in Oklahoma and pass a background and credit check This is an in-office position, and it is critical to remain available to team members during business hours May have intermittent local travel to other locations for meetings, training opportunities and bank events
