We're looking for a positive, detail-loving, self-motivated, people-friendly Mortgage Loan Assistant to support our Mortgage Lending team and help our customers achieve the dream of homeownership. What You'll Be Doing As a Mortgage Loan Assistant, you'll work closely with our Mortgage Loan Officers to help move loans from application to closing. You'll be a key part of the process by keeping files organized, collecting documentation, communicating with borrowers, and helping ensure deadlines stay on track.

Your day may include:

Assisting Mortgage Loan Officers with loan submissions and document follow-up Gathering and organizing loan documentation Tracking loan files throughout the mortgage process Communicating with borrowers, realtors, attorneys, accountants, and insurance agents Helping obtain homeowners insurance policies that meet lending requirements Ordering and tracking home equity lines for loan references Keeping everything organized, compliant, and moving forward Pitching in with other duties as needed What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who: Loves staying organized and managing multiple tasks Microsoft Office skills Has strong communication and customer service skills Enjoys working with people and being part of a team Can adapt quickly when priorities change Is proactive, dependable, and willing to learn Brings a smile and positive attitude to work every day
