exam Career Path & Training We provide a structured training program designed to help you become a licensed Loan Officer. Start as a Mortgage Sales Trainee learning the fundamentals Receive hands-on training, mentorship, and product knowledge Prepare for the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Exam (minimum passing score required) Upon passing, transition into a Loan Officer role To support your transition, newly licensed Loan Officers receive additional guaranteed compensation plus commission for the first two months , providing extra financial stability as you ramp up. You'll also have ongoing support from leadership and your team every step of the way. What You'll Do Make outbound calls to warm leads and follow up with interested clients Learn and confidently present mortgage products and solutions Build relationships with potential borrowers and identify their needs Work closely with Loan Officers and leadership to move clients through the pipeline Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups in our CRM system Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals What We're Looking For Sales experience preferred, but not required Strong communication skills — confident, personable, and persuasive Competitive mindset with a drive to exceed goals Ability to stay organized while managing multiple leads Coachable, positive, and eager to learn Comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport quickly Why Join Coast 2 Coast Lenders?
