Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Motel Manager, where you'll lead the daily operations of a bustling motel to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth business performance. This energetic role calls for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, overseeing everything from guest relations to staff supervision. As the face of the motel, you'll drive revenue growth, maintain high standards of service, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Your passion for hospitality and leadership will be instrumental in creating memorable stays and operational excellence. Duties Oversee all aspects of motel operations, including front desk management, guest services, and housekeeping coordination Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest inquiries with friendly efficiency using multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette Monitor daily revenue management strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize profitability Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconcile daily transactions Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits Oversee human resources functions such as staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws Requirements Proven supervising experience in hospitality or hotel management roles with strong leadership skills Extensive knowledge of hotel management practices, including front desk operations, guest services, and resort amenities Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred Strong understanding of revenue management, budgeting, and financial reporting processes such as night audits Experience in human resources functions including staff supervision, training, and conflict resolution Ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively while demonstrating professional phone etiquette Hospitality industry experience with a focus on guest relations and resort operations is highly desirable Multilingual or bilingual abilities are considered an asset for communicating with diverse guests Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
