Motel Manager / On‑Site Family Manager (Housing Included)

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual or family to help manage daily operations at our Travelodge in Newport. This is a full‑time, live‑on‑site position that includes a private family housing unit.

Responsibilities Handle front desk duties:

check‑ins, check‑outs, guest support Light housekeeping and laundry Maintain cleanliness of rooms and common areas Basic maintenance tasks (changing bulbs, small repairs) Monitor supplies and communicate needs to ownership Ensure a positive guest experience Maintain safety and security standards Compensation & Benefits $3,500 monthly salary Or More Based On Your Experience Free on‑site family housing unit Long‑term stable employment Supportive ownership and clear expectations Peaceful coastal environment Qualifications Hospitality or motel experience preferred (not required) Must be responsible, organized, and reliable Able to live on property full‑time Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to perform light physical tasks How to Apply Please submit:
