Motorcoach Operator, CDL with Passenger Endorsement

CDL Motorcoach Driver - Asheville, NC Young Transportation is seeking skilled, safe, and professional CDL Drivers with a Passenger Endorsement and verifiable motorcoach experience to join our team. Based out of our sole location in Asheville, NC. Our drivers provide courteous, reliable, and safe transportation for a wide variety of groups. We've been a trusted passenger transportation provider for over 80 years , and we are looking for drivers who share our commitment to excellence . What We Offer Part-time and Part-time with full-time availability positions Weekly pay Benefits available for employees working 30+ hours/week after 6 months Local and multi-day trips based on availability and customer needs Earning potential up to $100,000/year , including a quarterly safety bonus of up to 10% Key Responsibilities Safely operate motorcoaches and other fleet vehicles Adhere to all Federal DOT regulations and company safety standards Deliver excellent customer service Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation Communicate effectively with customers and team members Plan trips and ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers Work a flexible schedule , including weekends and irregular hours Qualifications CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement Meet DOT physical qualifications and pass a pre-employment drug test Basic understanding of Federal DOT regulations Verifiable commercial driving experience Preferably 25 years of age or older Clean driving record : No DUI or impaired driving violations No more than one moving violation in the past 3 years No more than one at fault accident in the past 3 years No criminal history Benefits for Drivers Working 30+ Hours/Week 401(k) with matching
