Mow Crew Member

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Maintenance Associate to join our dynamic landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes through a variety of hands-on tasks. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, combined with your technical skills and knowledge of landscape maintenance, will help create inviting outdoor spaces that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure lawns and landscapes are neat and well-maintained using power tools and hand tools. Operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks. Assist with hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features. Support seasonal tasks like snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe. Collaborate with team members on landscaping projects, ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating power tools and hand tools used in landscaping and construction. Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly desirable. Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care techniques is a plus. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as excavators or similar machinery is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
