Mowing Crew Foreman

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated individual that has multiple years of experience mowing lawns. Other landscaping abilities are a plus. We are a small landscaping company based out of East Hampton, CT. We currently have one mowing crew and one landscape project crew. Please apply even if you don't have experience leading a crew. We are looking for one additional crew member as well as a foreman. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of lawn care and landscaping crew members during mowing, trimming, edging, and other maintenance tasks Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects Conduct quality inspections to guarantee that all work adheres to company standards and client expectations Oversee safety protocols and ensure crew members follow proper procedures to maintain a safe work environment Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues promptly Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care services Hands-on experience with construction projects related to outdoor spaces is a plus Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively Knowledge of safety standards and best practices for outdoor work environments

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
