Mowing/ Landscaping Float

Job Summary We are looking for a dependable and hardworking team member to fill a float position between our mowing and landscaping crews. This role will vary day to day based on company needs. Some days you will work alongside the mowing crew assisting with mowing routes by operating zero-turn mowers, weedeating, and helping maintain efficiency on job sites. Other days you will assist the landscape crew with general labor tasks such as mulching flower beds, planting, spreading gravel, hauling materials, cleanup, and other landscape installation duties. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, can adapt to different tasks, and works well as part of a team. Experience with lawn equipment or landscaping is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Operating zero-turn mowers and other lawn equipment Weedeating and property cleanup Assisting with landscape installations Mulching, planting, and spreading gravel Loading/unloading materials and tools Working efficiently with both crews as needed. Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift and carry heavy materials Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Positive attitude and team mindset

Pay:
