This Position Is NOT Entry-Level If you are still learning how to operate mowing equipment, manage a crew, or need constant supervision to stay on track, this position will not be a fit. We are looking for leaders who can run a route, manage a crew, hit production goals, and deliver high-quality results consistently. Why You'll Want This Job Lead your own crew and take ownership of your route Consistent, year-round work (no seasonal layoffs) Clear path to higher leadership roles Work with a company that sets a higher standard What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage a mowing crew (2-3 team members) Ensure jobs are completed on time and within budgeted hours Maintain high-quality standards for mowing, trimming, and edging Train and develop crew members Communicate with clients when needed Operate trucks, trailers, and mowing equipment safely Track time, production, and job completion using mobile apps Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience with a professional landscape company Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass drug test (including THC) and background check Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift up to 80 lbs Comfortable using smartphone apps Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Form I-9 required upon hire) Willing to work occasional weekends during peak season Must be insurable to drive company vehicles Preferred (Not Required) Experience leading a crew Spanish-speaking ability Pay & Benefits $22
