Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract A dynamic opportunity is available for a skilled MRI Technologist specializing in imaging, particularly MRI procedures. This contract position is designed for professionals dedicated to delivering accurate diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will directly contribute to patient care by producing high-quality images for clinical teams.

Schedule/Hours:

12-hour night shifts (36 hours per week) 12

H Nights Key Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in MRI imaging and operation of MRI equipment Certification as an MRI Technologist (ARRT-MR or equivalent) Current and valid state licensure Strong understanding of MRI safety protocols and procedures Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to patient confidentiality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

Independently perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Ensure patient comfort and provide clear instructions before, during, and after imaging procedures Maintain accurate electronic health records and complete documentation in a timely manner Adhere strictly to all safety standards to protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation and magnetic exposure Participate in a fair on-call rotation, working alongside full time, part time, PRN, and fellow traveler technologists for equal distribution of responsibilities Provide coverage for holiday shifts as required (unless advance approval is given) Adapt quickly to changes in scheduling and workflow as dictated by patient and department needs
