Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Deliver vital imaging services and support patient care as a skilled MRI Technologist in a dynamic healthcare setting. This contract opportunity offers the chance to utilize your expertise in MRI technology, working alongside a dedicated clinical team to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current ARRT (MRI) certification or equivalent required Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Valid state licensure as applicable Proven experience operating MRI equipment in a healthcare environment Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols Excellent attention to safety, with thorough understanding of MRI safety standards Effective communication and patient service skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and established protocols Prepare patients for procedures, explaining process and ensuring their comfort and safety Operate MRI equipment and associated computer systems to capture diagnostic images Monitor and maintain imaging quality, ensuring accuracy for physician review Uphold stringent safety and infection control standards throughout all procedures Accurately document patient information and scan results in electronic medical records Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other clinical staff to support integrated patient care This contract position is an outstanding opportunity to broaden your experience in a reputable medical environment.
