Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Experience the rewarding challenge of providing quality patient care in a dynamic imaging environment, working with cutting-edge MRI technology. This contract opportunity is designed for skilled MRI Technologists eager to contribute their expertise to a collaborative healthcare team. You will play a vital role in delivering accurate diagnostic images during overnight shifts.
Schedule:
12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week No rotations between weekends and weekdays; assigned days and shifts remain consistent per contract Participation in holiday coverage is expected, unless time off is approved in advance Call responsibilities are shared fairly among full time, part time, PRN, and traveler team members; frequency is based on team size and ensures an equitable rotation
Qualifications:
Current certification in MRI required Demonstrated experience operating MRI equipment and performing diagnostic imaging Strong understanding of patient safety, positioning, and imaging protocols Ability to collaborate well within a multidisciplinary team Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality standards BLS certification preferred
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and department protocols Provide compassionate care for patients throughout the imaging process Prepare and position patients safely and comfortably for scans Accurately document procedures, patient history, and image findings within the EMR system Work in partnership with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal diagnostic results Participate in on-call coverage as scheduled to support uninterrupted patient care Take the next step in your imaging career by applying your skills in a supportive environment that values your expertise.
