This role supports a high-volume imaging environment focused on advanced patient care, innovative imaging techniques, and complex clinical workflows. This hospital system is known for utilizing advanced technologies and specialized imaging approaches, including innovative MRI applications and advanced support techniques for high-acuity patient populations. Responsibilities Perform MRI examinations according to physician protocols Maintain MRI safety standards and MRI zone integrity Administer MRI contrast per protocol Review MRI screening forms, implants, and patient records for MRI compatibility Ensure imaging quality prior to interpretation Educate patients on procedures and expectations Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Requirements Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology or Trade School program ARRT certification required BLS (AHA) required ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT preferred for experienced MRI Techs X-Ray Techs with at least 1 year of experience may be considered for MRI cross-training opportunities Ability to thrive in a busy, high-acuity imaging environment Multiple shift options available
Pay:
$33.00 - $46.00 per hour
