Job Description

Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled MRI Technologist to support a busy outpatient imaging center. In this dynamic role, you will operate state-of-the-art equipment—including seven GE, two Hitachi, and one Siemens magnet—delivering high-quality scans in a collaborative environment. Flexibility is offered to meet your preferred shift, with afternoon hours expected. For qualifying candidates, same-day interview and offer are available for expedited placement.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform MRI scans utilizing advanced imaging technology with a strong focus on patient safety and comfort. Work efficiently across a suite of 10 magnets, adapting to varying equipment platforms (GE, Hitachi, Siemens) and protocols. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare personnel to ensure precise image acquisition and support optimal patient care. Follow established safety protocols for both patients and staff, maintaining a secure and professional environment. Maintain accurate records and document imaging procedures in line with facility requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive outpatient experience.
Qualifications:
Registration as an MRI Technologist (ARRT MRI or equivalent) required. Demonstrated experience operating MRI equipment, especially GE models. Strong understanding of MRI safety standards and best practices. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Ability to adjust to a fast-paced, high-volume outpatient setting. Flexibility for afternoon or varying shift schedules as needed.
