Category Imaging - MRI Job Type Contract Advance your career as an MRI Technologist in a dynamic outpatient imaging center specializing in advanced diagnostic healthcare. Setting:
Outpatient imaging center with a collaborative and supportive team.
Equipment:
Work with 10 magnets—primarily GE (7 units), along with 2 Hitachi and 1 Siemens MRI systems—enhancing your hands-on experience with leading imaging technologies.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current certification or eligibility as an MRI Technologist (ARRT(MR) preferred). Experience performing MRI scans in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Ability to operate and troubleshoot GE, Hitachi, and Siemens MRI equipment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with healthcare professionals and patients. Commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and facility standards.
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans according to physician orders and imaging protocols. Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the imaging process. Operate MRI systems, adjusting parameters as needed for accurate imaging. Monitor and report equipment performance and coordinate maintenance requests as necessary. Collaborate with radiologists, technicians, and administrative teams to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory guidelines.
