Founded and based in Richland, MS, with additional locations across MS, AL, LA, FL and TX, LMC performs service and repairs, both on-site and in the field, in addition to the sales, leases and rentals of heavy equipment. Not only have we been the #1 Komatsu Market Share Dealer in North America for the past several years, but we have also been Dealer of the Year for many of our other OEM's we've partnered with. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a high energy, self-motivated employee who works well with others and/or independently in a safe manner, and we're willing to train them. Lyle Machinery Co. has partnered with Oklahoma State University - Institute of Technology (OSUIT), and Komatsu America Corp., a US subsidiary of Komatsu Ltd., to develop the Komatsu Advanced Career Training Program. This program is designed to train students to diagnose, service and maintain Komatsu equipment using factory recommended procedures, special tools, and service information. Those selected to be in the two-year Komatsu ACT program will spend half of the time on campus for technical instruction on current products and equipment learning the latest diagnostic and service procedures. The remainder of the time will be spent at one of our 10 locations receiving hands on training. Not only will graduates receive their Associates Degree in Applied Science, with a major in Komatsu Service Technology, but also be recognized as a Level 1 Certified Komatsu Technician in the KAC distributor network. In addition to the core credit hours completed at OSU, students will receive the two (2) years of employment that are required for this level of certification.
