Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment and machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot 480V to 24V circuits. Program and Troubleshoot PLCs, VFD, and Servo drives. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks. Document maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations.
Qualifications:
Degree or 5 years of experience. Proven experience in multifaceted maintenance roles, with a strong emphasis on electrical and mechanical systems. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety protocols.
