Full-time Job Purpose:

Manage the entirety of the recycling department, overseeing the lifecycle of recycled materials from initial customer inquiry through to production.

Key Duties:

Department Leadership:

Manage the recycling department and its employees.

Inventory Oversight:

Organize and maintain all inventory; track the movement of all products in and out of the facility.

Customer Relations:

Maintain and grow relationships with customers specifically regarding their recycling needs.

Process Management:

Learn and manage the "ins and outs" of recycling efforts, coordinating closely with production teams.

Resolution:

Handle customer needs and resolve complaints effectively.

Requirements:

Management Experience:

Prior experience leading a team is required.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in computers and MS Office applications.

Problem Solving:

Strong ability to troubleshoot operational issues and customer concerns.

Logistics:
