Job Description
Shifts:
A variety of shifts may be available including full-time, part-time, and PRN (location specific) Ask your recruiter for more details. Weekend/Holiday rotation required for full and part-time positions. Will consider new graduates. Radiology candidates who accept a part-time or full-time position with University Hospitals are eligible for: Competitive hourly rate Enhanced PTO for candidates with 5+ years of relevant work experience Sign-on bonus ($10,000 for full-time or $5,000 for part-time). Tuition reimbursement after six monthsCareer Ladder Progression Free Parking Shift:
3pm- 3am A Brief Overview A Multi modality Tech who provides diagnostic patient care services and related diagnostic procedures in more than one Radiology modality.
Qualifications:
Education Qualifications High School Equivalent / GED (Required) and Associate's Degree or completion of an accredited 2-year program in a school of Radiologic Technology. (Required) and Must meet education requirement for all applicable modalities. (Required) Experience Qualifications 3+ years Experience as multi modality tech (preferred) Skills and Abilities Must demonstrate effective organizational, written and oral communication skills and knowledge of all various equipment and machines used in each "special" area as appropriate. (Required proficiency) Excellent knowledge of modality specific equipment, computers, PACS, EMR and RIS. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise. Excellent knowledge of imaging and exam protocols. Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Licenses and Certifications Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) (Required upon hire) Certified by the ARRT, NMTCB, or RDMS in at least one modality. (Required) and Eligible for certification testing in second modality. (Required) and Licensed by the state of Ohio. (Required) Physical Demands Standing- Frequently Walking
